DVD Duplication
DVD Duplication is a process by which your DVD-r master is transferred to another DVD-r, in a similar method to home disc burning. The difference is that our process has a deeper and more reliable laser burn to the target discs. Furthermoe we ues high volume DVD duplication towers to create identical copies of your DVD-r master. We offer silk screen printing, black thermal text or full colour thermal printing directly on the disc. The duplication turnaround is much quicker than replication. CD Replication
CD replication is the physical manufacturing of your compact discs from raw materials. The end result is exactly what you would buy in a record store. It entails producing a glass master, then a metal stamper and actually "pressing" the compact discs. CD Replication is simply the technical term. The moulded CDs are then silk screen or thermal printed and either spindled or packaged with inserts for delivery.

DVD Replication
DVD replication is the physical manufacturing of your DVDs from scratch raw materials. We transfer your DVD master content on to a super smooth glass master by burning "etching" the data into it with a laser. This allows us to produce a metal stamper that it used in the replication process. We then use replication equipment to "press" your DVD content into molten polycarbonate plastic, producing plastic rings with your DVD coding. The discs are then topped with a thin layer of aluminium and a lacquer coating. From there we can send them to the silk screen/thermal printing department in spindles to apply your artwork.
